Freight inquires: Yes. In the event you would like to ship freight prepaid, we will obtain a competitive freight quotation for you, and ask that you include those estimated costs in your payment. Once we receive the actual freight invoice, we will advise you of the actual freight costs. Any overpayment may be applied to your next order.

Claims & Returns:
All USED or SURPLUS merchandise is sold "AS IS" and is NON-RETURNABLE. 1. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). 2. Claims to return damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If damage occurred during transport, a claim must be filed with shipper before filing a claim with Austin's Military and Camping Supplies. 3. Claims to return non-damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving RMA #. We will not accept returns on laundered or soiled goods, merchandise with store identification, labels, pricing, tags, etc. These returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee. If said items are returned to us, they will be sent by to you freight collect.
